Tinubu Welcomes Coca-Cola's $1 Billion Investment Commitment
President Bola Tinubu has welcomed Coca-Cola's $1 billion proposed investment in Nigeria over five years. This commitment comes after a decade of investing $1.5 billion in the country.
Tinubu made this announcement at the Nigerian Bottling Company Limited's 75th anniversary event in Abuja, represented by Secretary to the Government of the Federation Senator George Akume.
The President emphasized that Nigeria remains open for business and is working to create a more predictable, competitive, and investment-friendly environment. He highlighted that businesses require reliable power and infrastructure, clear regulations, efficient ports and logistics, access to foreign exchange, and a tax system that encourages productive enterprise.
