Toy Story 5 Lands on Disney+ in Late September

Disney has announced that 'Toy Story 5' will be available to stream exclusively on Disney+ starting September 23. The film, directed by Academy Award winner Andrew Stanton and co-directed by Kenna Harris, reunites Tom Hanks, Tim Allen, and Joan Cusack as Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and Jessie.

The movie explores the growing role of technology in children's lives as Bonnie receives Lilypad, a new tablet device with her own ideas about what's best for playtime. The toys must find a way to prove they still have an important place in Bonnie's world.

'Toy Story 5' has been a huge box office hit, grossing over $1.1 billion worldwide since its June theatrical debut. It will also be available to rent or purchase digitally through services like Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, and Google Play on August 18.
