Carolyn Kay Hockenberry, a travel agent and mother of eight, passed away at her home in Beech Creek on September 9, 2026.

Born in Lock Haven on April 19, 1960, Carolyn spent much of her life working in the travel industry, first at AAA and later as an American Express Black Card employee until her retirement.

She enjoyed outdoor activities like fishing and exercising, and was also an avid collector of baseball cards. In addition to her work, Carolyn loved cooking and spending time at the beach.
