Travelers Companies Attracts New Investor with $12.6 Million Stake
A recent Form 13F filing has revealed that Empowered Funds LLC purchased a new position in The Travelers Companies, Inc. (NYSE:TRV) during the second quarter.
The institutional investor bought 38,126 shares of the insurance provider's stock, valued at approximately $12,586,000.
This is not an isolated instance, as other hedge funds and institutional investors have also made changes to their positions in the company. BlackRock Inc., for example, acquired a new stake in Travelers Companies during the second quarter worth around $6.9 billion.
