Travis Kelce Buys Lakefront Estate for $5.35 Million in Bratenahl

Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce has purchased a $5.35 million lakefront estate in Bratenahl, Ohio, just months before marrying Taylor Swift.

The Gilded Age mansion was built in 1895 and sits on 3.5 acres along Lake Erie, featuring eight bedrooms, a heated pool, home theater, game room, fitness center, and sauna.

The property has been extensively renovated, having sold for $1.95 million to Figurati Construction Group in 2023 before being put back on the market with an initial listing price of $6.99 million.

Kelce joins other notable residents who have called this Bratenahl estate home, including a former president of Sherwin-Williams and a Cleveland Clinic executive.
