Travis Kelce Drops $5.35M on Northeast Ohio Lakefront Estate
Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce has bought a lakefront mansion in Bratenahl, Ohio, for $5.35 million, according to real estate records.
The eight-bedroom, 11-bathroom property, nicknamed Moyenage, was restored by Figurati Construction Group and hit the market in mid-2023 with an initial asking price of $6.99 million.
Kelce's representatives were involved in the sale, as his lawyer Sam Totino signed the real estate records related to the transaction. Totino is a partner at Calfee law firm and leads their sports and entertainment practice group, which includes 3 Arts Sports, a talent management company that represents Kelce.
The mansion's past owners include a former president of Sherwin-Williams Co. and an executive director of Cleveland Clinic Innovations, according to the Encyclopedia of Cleveland History.
