Trex Appoints New Commercial Head with Lucrative Compensation Package

Trex Company (NYSE: TREX) has appointed Brian J. Taylor as Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, effective August 24, 2026.

The new role oversees sales, marketing, and information technology, and Taylor will be treated as a named executive officer for Trex’s financial filings and public reporting.

Taylor joins from POOLCORP, where he was Vice President of Sales, North America, and previously spent 24 years at The Sherwin-Williams Company in senior global sales and marketing roles.

His compensation includes a $480,000 annual base salary, a target annual cash incentive equal to 60% of his base salary, and a target long-term equity incentive equal to 135% of his base salary.
