Triasima Boosts Stake in Goldman Sachs Amid ETF Expansion

Triasima Portfolio Management inc., an investment firm, has increased its stake in Goldman Sachs Group Inc. (GS) by 14% during the second quarter, according to a recent SEC filing.

The company now owns 8,447 shares of GS stock with a value of $8.54 million as of its most recent filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Triasima is not alone in increasing its stake in Goldman Sachs Group Inc., as other institutional investors such as Norges Bank, Corient Private Wealth LLC, International Assets Investment Management LLC, Bank of America Corp DE, and Northwestern Mutual Wealth Management Co. also boosted their positions in the company during the same quarter.

The increased stake in Goldman Sachs Group Inc. comes at a time when the investment management company is expanding its presence in the ETF market with its recent acquisition of NEOS Investments for up to $2.25 billion in cash and equity.
