On Monday, September 14, the Barbados Tridents will take on the Guyana Amazon Warriors in Match 35 of the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) 2026 at Kensington Oval in Bridgetown, Barbados. The Tridents have qualified for the playoffs after a late season resurgence and are currently on a three-game win streak.

The Warriors have been the dominant outfit of the season, winning eight of their nine matches played. They have sealed their place at the top of the table but will be looking to use the momentum from a victory into the playoffs.

According to the head-to-head record in T20s, Guyana Amazon Warriors have won 20 out of 29 matches against Barbados Tridents, while the Tridents have won 9. The surface at Kensington Oval has been on the slightly slower end, with low-scoring affairs being a common trend.
