Tripura and Salesforce Collaborate on Digital Skills Initiative
Salesforce and the Government of Tripura have partnered to skill over 10,000 learners in digital skills by 2027. The collaboration aims to strengthen workforce readiness across the state, supporting Tripura's broader digital transformation agenda. Through Trailhead, Salesforce's online learning platform, participants will gain practical digital and technology skills essential for an AI-driven economy.
The initiative targets students, youth, government employees, and entrepreneurs, providing curated self-paced learning paths in areas such as CRM, business analysis, and technology fundamentals. The Government of Tripura will identify and position participants through government departments, educational institutions, and skill development agencies. Salesforce will also provide online orientation resources to support learners throughout their journey.
Shri. Kiran Gitte, IAS, Secretary, Information Technology, Government of Tripura, stated that the partnership marks a key milestone in Tripura's digital journey. He emphasized that the collaboration will equip learners with future-ready digital skills, driving innovation and inclusive growth.
