Tripura and Salesforce Join Forces on AI-Ready Workforce
Salesforce has partnered with the government of Tripura to help build an AI-ready workforce. The initiative, announced at the Destination Tripura Business Conclave 2026 in Agartala, aims to equip over 10,000 learners by 2027 with digital and technology skills.
The partnership will use Salesforce's online learning platform, Trailhead, which provides curated and self-paced learning paths for beginner and intermediate learners. Learners will have access to guided learning modules on CRM, business analysis, technology fundamentals, and more.
According to the government of Tripura, the initiative is part of their broader digital transformation agenda. The state is investing in digital governance, innovation, and entrepreneurship, including the development of a dedicated IT and Data Ecosystem Zone (TIDEZ) in Agartala.
