Salesforce has partnered with the Directorate of Information Technology (DIT) in Tripura to equip over 10,000 learners with digital skills by 2027. The collaboration aims to strengthen workforce readiness across the state and prepare students, youth, government employees, and entrepreneurs for an AI-driven economy.

The initiative will provide participants with practical digital and technology skills through Trailhead, Salesforce's online learning platform. Participants will have access to curated, self-paced learning designed for beginner and intermediate learners, covering areas such as CRM, business analysis, and technology fundamentals.

The partnership comes as Tripura continues to expand its digital infrastructure and e-governance initiatives. The state is developing a dedicated Tripura IT and Data Ecosystem Zone (TIDEZ) in Agartala, alongside a planned IT Park and AI Centre of Excellence.
