Trump's Investment Portfolio Sees Major Shake-Up in June Transactions
US President Donald Trump made significant changes to his investment portfolio in June, disclosing over 1,000 financial transactions worth between $78.1 million and $263.1 million. The filings, released on August 22, show that Trump's securities purchases totaled at least $49 million, while sales reached at least $28.5 million.
The largest transaction was the sale of Vanguard Dividend Appreciation Index Fund ETF shares worth between $5 million and $25 million on June 22. On the same day, Trump bought between $1 million and $5 million in Fidelity National Information Services and Home Depot stocks, which were among several purchases made that month.
Trump also sold Meta and Motorola shares worth between $1 million and $5 million on June 18, but acquired the same range of Berkshire Hathaway, Cintas, Visa, and Mastercard shares on the same day. He snapped up these stocks a day after the market rebounded from concerns over monetary policy.
