Trump's June Trading Activity Reveals Over $263 Million in Transactions
President Donald Trump's investment accounts recorded over 1,000 financial transactions in June, with total transaction values ranging from $78.1 million to $263.1 million. The accounts were active across stocks, bonds, and exchange-traded funds throughout the month.
The largest individual transaction was a sale of Vanguard Dividend Appreciation Index Fund ETF valued at $5 million to $25 million on June 22, according to CNBC. On the same date, the accounts picked up Fidelity National Information Services and Home Depot shares, each in the $1 million to $5 million range.
Palantir Technologies also appeared repeatedly in the monthly activity: the accounts initiated a modest purchase on June 3, then offloaded between $500,001 and $1 million on June 18, four days after the U.S.-Iran peace deal was struck, before adding a small stake once more on June 23.
White House spokesman Davis Ingle said the president plays no role in the trading, stating that 'All investment decisions are made entirely by independent managers.' Donald Trump Jr. serves as the overseer of the revocable trust that holds the investment accounts.
