Her holdings include medicine and health insurance-related stocks such as Eli Lilly, Medtronic, UnitedHealth, Johnson & Johnson, and Alnylam Pharmaceuticals. In the energy sector, she has investments in fossil fuel companies like Phillips 66, Chevron, Marathon Petroleum, and Exxon Mobil.
Saphier also holds stock in fast food and sugary drink companies, including McDonald's, PepsiCo., Coca-Cola, and Yum Brands, which operates Taco Bell and KFC. She has promised to divest from her holdings if confirmed as Surgeon General.
