Tucson City Council Tackles Homelessness and Data Center Regulations
The Tucson City Council held a meeting on August 5 to discuss the Safe City Action Plan, a strategy aimed at addressing homelessness, drug use, and crime in the area.
During the meeting, officials also touched on the topic of large-scale data centers. Microsoft had sent out a warning regarding potential regulations for such facilities in Tucson, which sparked discussion among council members.
The city is considering implementing regulations to address concerns related to large-scale data centers, but it appears no decisions have been made yet.
