Tulare Gang Members Found Guilty of Murdering Army Veteran
Two men have been found guilty of murdering an Army veteran on Christmas Eve in 2020. Saul Ingraham, 27, and Cisco Vasquez, 30, were both gang members who used a 9mm gun to kill the victim. The murder took place at around 11pm on San Joaquin Street between G and H streets.
The police received multiple 911 calls and arrived at the scene to find the victim dead with a gunshot wound to his head. Ingraham and Vasquez were hiding in bushes nearby and attempted to flee, but were caught after dropping the gun during the chase.
The motive behind the shooting was not disclosed by the DA, but it is known that the victim was wearing blue clothing, which may have been a factor in the attackers' decision. Both Ingraham and Vasquez are now facing life in prison without parole.
