Turbine Jet Engine Sells on eBay for $7,500
A rare Boeing T50 Turbine Jet Engine has surfaced on eBay for $7,500. The engine is mounted on its own wheeled test stand and comes with a 24-volt starter battery already wired in.
The seller, chanel-81 from Georgia, claims the engine is fully functional rather than a static display piece. Photos show the turbine bolted to a heavy steel cart alongside its control wiring, fuel plumbing, and a battery box built into the base.
The seller has a clean track record on eBay with 100% positive feedback across 86 transactions since joining in 2019. However, buying big industrial hardware sight-unseen through eBay Motors carries some risk, especially with scammers targeting unsuspecting buyers.
