TWG Global Hires Experienced Lawyer David Markowitz as New Chief Legal Officer

TWG Global has named David A. Markowitz as its new Chief Legal Officer, bringing over three decades of experience in legal and financial services to the role.

Markowitz joins TWG Global after more than 15 years at Goldman Sachs, where he most recently served as Global Co-Head of Litigation and Regulatory Proceedings.

Before his time at Goldman Sachs, Markowitz held senior positions with the Office of the New York Attorney General and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Enforcement.

Mark Walter, Chairman and CEO of TWG Global, praised Markowitz's deep legal experience and leadership skills, saying they will be 'invaluable' as the company continues to grow and execute on its strategic priorities.
