UBS Lifts Nvidia Stock Price Target to $300 Amid Strong Results
Nvidia's stock price target has been raised by UBS to $300 from $280, while maintaining a Buy rating. Analyst Timothy Arcuri cited strong results and guidance that aligns with his firm's preview.
The company provided firmer guidance for calendar 2027, indicating earnings per share above $16 despite near-term headwinds from memory price inflation. The stock currently trades at a P/E ratio of 32.32, but an attractive PEG ratio of just 0.29 suggests undervaluation relative to growth prospects.
Nvidia is expected to ship approximately 13 gigawatts this year, with roughly 7 gigawatts to hyperscalers and 6 gigawatts to neoclouds. The firm believes demand still exceeds guidance numbers and there's room to raise estimates if supply and powered data center shell capacity allow.
