UBS Makes Big Bet on Honeywell Aerospace with $370M Stake Acquisition

UBS Asset Management Americas LLC has acquired a new stake in Honeywell Aerospace, purchasing approximately 1.7 million shares of the company's stock for around $370 million.

The investment was made in the second quarter and represents about 0.53% of Honeywell Aerospace's outstanding shares.

Other institutional investors have also shown interest in Honeywell Aerospace, with Meeder Asset Management Inc., Bell Investment Advisors Inc., Strategic Wealth Advisors LLC, Mowery & Schoenfeld Wealth Management LLC, and Gables Capital Management Inc. all buying new stakes in the company during the second quarter.
