UCCS Career Center Hosts Career Crossroads Networking Night
The University of Colorado Colorado Springs Career Center is hosting its fourth annual Career Crossroads Networking Night in about three weeks. The event will take place on September 30 from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in Berger Hall.
Catherine Persall, a senior career coach with the Career Center, explained that the networking night will feature employers from various sectors, including healthcare, business, government, non-profit, and education. Students can come to explore career options, ask questions, and make connections without being ready to apply for a job.
The participating organizations include Farm Credit of Southern Colorado, Sherwin-Williams, East West Hospitality, and the Missile Defense Agency. Students from all majors and class standings are welcome, and they can receive resume feedback from employers and college-specific representatives.
