UK Police AI Agent Bobbi Frees Up Thousands of Hours for Officers
The UK's Thames Valley Police and Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary have implemented an AI agent named Bobbi, which has handled over 14,000 citizen contacts in its first year and freed up more than 3,266 operational hours for officers.
Bobbi was built on Agentforce, a platform that enables agentic enterprise. According to Paul O'Sullivan, SVP and CTO at Salesforce UKI, the key to successful implementation is treating AI agents as an extension of the workforce, rather than a one-off IT project.
O'Sullivan emphasized that this approach is crucial for organizations to become agentic enterprises, which are characterized by the deployment of autonomous agents into day-to-day operations. At Dreamforce 2026, attendees will have the opportunity to learn from keynote speakers and customer stories about how agentic enterprise can drive real business impact.
