A technology analyst and writer who specializes in Android ecosystem reviews has revealed several overlooked tricks for using Google Keep, an app he's been using for years to save quick thoughts and ideas.
The analyst, Parth, initially thought he knew the app inside out but discovered new features after digging deeper. He started assigning different colors to notes based on their purpose, making it easier to scan and manage them.
He also learned that Google Keep can be accessed directly from the Gmail inbox through a shortcut in the right sidebar. This has improved his workflow, allowing him to create new notes or browse existing ones without leaving his email account.
In addition, Parth discovered the benefits of archiving notes instead of deleting them. Archiving keeps completed or inactive notes out of sight but still makes them searchable for future reference.
