Uniting Wealth Partners LLC has acquired a new position in Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN) during the second quarter, according to its most recent Form 13F filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The institutional investor bought 13,440 shares of the e-commerce giant's stock, valued at approximately $3,203,000.
Other institutional investors have also made changes to their stakes in Amazon.com. Trust Asset Management LLC lifted its stake by 3.3% during the second quarter and now owns 107,563 shares of the company's stock worth $26,000.
The e-commerce giant has been expanding its offerings, including a deal with Qualcomm to purchase up to $60 billion of custom data-center chips through 2036, which could improve infrastructure flexibility.
