US Pavilion Takes Center Stage at El-Alamein International Airshow
US Embassy Chargé d'Affaires ad interim Eric Gaudiosi inaugurated the US Pavilion and American Innovation Hub at the El-Alamein International Airshow, alongside Egyptian Minister of Civil Aviation Sameh El-Hefny. The event marks a significant participation by the United States in the air show.
The US presence comprises two sections: the US Pavilion, focusing primarily on aerospace and defence, and the American Innovation Hub, showcasing advanced civilian and commercial technologies. More than 25 American companies are participating in the air show, representing industries ranging from aircraft manufacturing to satellite services and autonomous technologies.
Representing the US Pavilion are major global manufacturers such as Raytheon, BAE Systems, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Boeing, L3Harris, and Top Aces. The American Innovation Hub features companies like Cisco Systems, Collins Aerospace, GE Aerospace, Honeywell, Palo Alto Networks, Planet Labs, and Rapiscan Systems.
The US Embassy said the event would allow American businesses to establish contacts with Egyptian partners and explore new areas of commercial and technological cooperation. Washington's participation demonstrates its continued commitment to expanding bilateral investment and commercial opportunities between the two countries.
