US Stocks Bounce Back Amid Easing Treasury Yields
The US stock market saw a rebound on September 2, 2026, as Treasury yields eased. This brought an end to three consecutive sessions of selling pressure. The Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) rose by 243.89 points (+0.46%) to 53,010.77, while the S&P 500 gained 33.82 points (+0.44%) to reach 7,665.29.
The Nasdaq Composite also saw an increase of 91.28 points (+0.35%) to 26,191.05. This upswing was largely due to bargain hunting and relief in bond markets.
In terms of technical analysis, the Dow Jones Industrial Average turned higher initially before pulling back within its recent trading range. If bears manage to reverse the index lower again, the ascending trendline will remain a key target for potential technical support at around 51,649.
Amazon.com, Inc. (AMZN) shares have been printing a structural pattern of higher highs and higher lows. Price action is currently turning lower, targeting the formation of another higher low near its key moving averages or the lower trendline.
