US Stocks Fall Amid Consumer Services and Utilities Sector Losses
US stock markets closed lower on Tuesday, led by losses in consumer services and utilities sectors. The Dow Jones Industrial Average declined 0.63% at close of trade.
The biggest gainers were Chevron Corp, which rose 2.64%, followed by 3M Company with a 1.64% increase, and Honeywell International Inc with a 1.02% rise.
However, Nike Inc led the losers with a 2.24% decline, followed closely by Amazon.com Inc with a 2.02% drop and Walt Disney Company with a 2.00% decrease.
