US Stocks Soar to Fresh Records on Diplomatic Optimism
The US stock market reached new record highs on Wednesday, fueled by growing optimism over diplomatic developments in the Middle East. The Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 450.8 points, or 0.83%, to reach a fresh high of 54,536.68.
The S&P 500 also broke through its previous record, rising 0.61% to 7,783.50. In contrast, the Nasdaq Composite advanced just 0.41% to 26,694.42, falling short of a significant milestone.
Certain tech stocks fared well in the market, with Nvidia shares increasing by 3.4% after SpaceX announced its exclusive use of the company's technology for artificial intelligence data centers. However, AMD shares dropped 6.5%, despite beating Wall Street expectations with its quarterly revenue guidance.
