USCIS Awards $100M Contract for Enterprise Technology Governance
The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) plans to award a contract worth over $100 million to support governance and operational activities for several enterprise technology platforms.
The contract, dubbed Platform Automation, Governance & Enterprise Solutions (PAGES), will cover systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, and UiPath, with potential expansion to other platforms in the future.
USCIS aims to establish governance for these major enterprise technology environments through a new program that will also involve showcasing new application tools and approaches offered by the mentioned vendors.
