USOGA Slams Hunter Biden Over Oil and Gas Industry Comments

Hunter Biden, son of US President Joe Biden, has been slammed by the US Oil & Gas Association (USOGA) for his recent comments about the oil and gas industry.

In an X post on July 31, Biden claimed that Chevron and Exxon had earned huge profits and that drivers had paid for those profits through high fuel prices. He also criticized Donald Trump's policies, stating that they seemed to benefit major oil companies.

USOGA, however, fired back at Biden, pointing out his lack of experience in the oil and gas industry despite working with foreign entities such as Burisma Holdings and CEFC China Energy. They noted that Biden earned around $1 million per year from these entities but reduced to $500,000 in March 2017 when his father was not in office.

USOGA also alleged that Hunter Biden had worked for CEFC China Energy, a Chinese oil and gas company reportedly tied to the Chinese government and military intelligence. They claimed that CEFC and related companies paid about $4.8 million to businesses controlled by Hunter Biden and his uncle.
