Victory Giant Expands AI Hardware Manufacturing Capacity with Huizhou Facility
Victory Giant Technology, a Chinese printed circuit board (PCB) maker based in Guangdong, is expanding its manufacturing footprint and international order book amidst growing demand for artificial intelligence hardware. The company has been negotiating new orders with major US firms, particularly those producing graphics processing units (GPUs) and application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs) used in AI computing.
A source familiar with the matter confirmed that Victory Giant's supply pipeline for Nvidia's next-generation Kyber rack system is 'progressing smoothly.' To meet the rising demand, the company has acquired a 100,000-square-metre industrial land plot in Huizhou, which will be used to establish an AI high-end electronic circuit smart manufacturing facility.
The new facility will require a total investment of at least 3 billion yuan (US$444 million), with a minimum of 2 billion yuan dedicated to fixed assets. The land itself was purchased for 66.5 million yuan. This development underscores Victory Giant's ambition to become a leading global supplier of high-end PCBs for AI computing, as major domestic PCB makers compete to ramp up their production capacity and gain market share.
Victory Giant listed in Hong Kong in April and its Hong Kong-listed stock gained 4.4% to HK$231 on Thursday.
