Vieth Institute Brings JPMorgan Chase Leader to Commercial Real Estate Breakfast
The Vieth Institute for Real Estate Leadership at Marquette will host its annual Commercial Real Estate Leadership Breakfast on October 1st. Michelle Herrick, JPMorgan Chase's head of commercial real estate and managing director, will be the featured speaker.
Herrick leads the largest commercial real estate portfolio in the US and has over two decades of industry experience. She will discuss 'Debt is dead. Long live Debt! CRE financing enters a new era,' moderated by Andrew Hunt, executive director of the Vieth Institute for Real Estate Leadership.
The event aims to bring together students, alumni, and professionals from the real estate industry to connect with nationally renowned leaders. With over 200 attendees expected, the breakfast provides an opportunity for networking and learning about the latest trends in commercial real estate.
