Virginia Fund Invests $48.11 Million in Salesforce
The Virginia Retirement Systems ET Al fund has taken a significant position in Salesforce Inc., investing $48.11 million in the CRM provider's stock.
In its most recent 13F filing with the SEC, the fund revealed it had bought 307,101 shares of Salesforce's stock, valued at approximately $48,110,000.
This is not an isolated incident, as other hedge funds and institutional investors have also been buying into Salesforce. In fact, Commonwealth Retirement Investments LLC purchased a new stake in Salesforce during the fourth quarter, while Gilpin Wealth Management LLC bought a new position in the company's stock valued at $26,000.
Salesforce has seen significant growth recently, with its revenue up 10.8% compared to the same quarter last year. The company has also set its FY 2027 guidance at 16.670-16.710 EPS and its Q3 2027 guidance at 3.420-3.440 EPS.
