Visa Exec Exercises Options, Sells $20.9M Worth of Shares
A high-ranking executive at Visa Inc. (NYSE: V) has exercised 37,281 stock options and sold a total of 57,272 Class A shares on July 30, 2026.
The vice chair, Kelly Mahon Tullier, exercised the options at an exercise price of $109.82 per share, which converted into common stock that was then sold in two weighted-average price transactions disclosed as sales.
The first sale involved 37,281 shares sold at a weighted average price of $365.0492 per share, resulting in a total value of $13.61 million.
The second sale involved an additional 19,991 shares sold at a weighted average price of $364.8112 per share, resulting in a total value of $7.29 million.
