Visa Q3 Earnings Exceed Expectations with 14% Revenue Growth
Visa Inc. Class A (V) reported its Q3 earnings, exceeding expectations across key metrics.
The company's revenue for the quarter reached $11.6 billion, marking a 14% year-over-year increase. Adjusted net income came in at $6.3 billion, with adjusted earnings per share (EPS) of $3.32. Payments volume grew by 10%, while transactions totaled 71.7 billion, up 10% from the same period last year.
The company's cross-border growth was particularly notable, with a significant increase in double-digit figures.
Visa also announced the launch of Agentic Ready, a testing program that allows issuers like DBS to pilot AI agents for payments, rewards ID, offer search and purchase execution with consent and safeguards. This initiative is designed to facilitate innovation and improve user experiences in the payments space.
