Visa stock has surged to an all-time high of $380.52 after strong fiscal third-quarter results and continued analyst optimism.

The payment giant's revenue climbed 14% year-over-year to $11.6 billion, beating consensus estimates and prompting a raised full-year outlook.

Pershing Square's Bill Ackman disclosed a $1.1 billion stake in Visa, boosting sentiment and drawing on the strength of recent analyst price target increases from Truist, Cantor Fitzgerald, and Wells Fargo.

The stock has also been boosted by BioCatch's growth-accretive cybersecurity acquisition, while its close rival Mastercard moved higher today, pointing to sector-wide strength.
