Visa Sees Increased Institutional Interest

Compass Financial Management LLC, an investment firm, has acquired a new stake in Visa Inc. (NYSE:V) worth approximately $973,000. The company's 13F filing with the SEC revealed that Compass Financial Management LLC bought 2,745 shares of V stock during the second quarter.

This is not the only recent change to institutional holdings of V stock. Other firms, such as Parvin Asset Management LLC and Virtus Advisers LLC, have also made new positions in Visa Inc. this year.

Visa's financials are strong, with a 14.4% increase in revenue over the same quarter last year. The company's quarterly earnings per share (EPS) of $3.32 beat analyst expectations by $0.09.
