Visa Sees Revenue Surge as Madison Asset Trims Stake
Madison Asset Management LLC reduced its stake in Visa Inc. ($V) by selling 7,207 shares in the second quarter.
The firm owned 382,662 shares of the credit-card processor's stock after the sale and now holds about 1.6% of its portfolio in V.
V's quarterly revenue was up 14.4% compared to the same period last year, with the company reporting $11.63 billion for the quarter, beating analyst estimates of $11.40 billion.
