Visa Shares Surge to All-Time High, Analysts Predict Further Gains
Visa's shares rose for four consecutive sessions, closing at $371.04 on Friday and gaining 1.45% from Thursday's close. This increase puts Visa within striking distance of its all-time high of $373.97 set on July 29.
The trading volume, however, was lower than expected, reaching only 6.64 million shares, a 17% decrease from the 50-day average.
Despite this, analysts remain optimistic about Visa's prospects. The consensus price target stands at $416.20, indicating a potential gain of 12.17% from Friday's close.
Visa's strong financial performance has been a major driver of its success. In the fiscal third quarter, revenue rose by 14%, reaching $11.6 billion, while adjusted earnings climbed 11% to $3.32 per share.
