Visa Stake Cut by 50.1% as Bowie Capital Management Exits

Bowie Capital Management LLC reduced its holdings in Visa Inc., NYSE:V, by 50.1% during the second quarter. The fund sold 199,546 shares and now owns 198,480 shares of the credit-card processor's stock.

According to a recent 13F filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Visa accounts for about 2.9% of Bowie Capital Management LLC's holdings, making it their 15th largest holding.

The value of the fund's holdings in Visa was approximately $68 million at the end of the most recent quarter.
