Visa Inc. stock traded relatively unchanged in Thursday's premarket session as investors favored defensive, large-cap stocks ahead of the open.

Nasdaq futures fell 0.26%, while S&P 500 futures slipped 0.02%.

Separately, Visa announced an enhanced version of A2A Protect, its fraud detection solution designed to help financial institutions stop account-to-account payment fraud before funds leave customer accounts.

'Fraudsters move fast across payment types, and financial institutions need risk insights just as quickly, without slowing down legitimate payments,' said James Mirfin, Head of Risk and Security Solutions at Visa.

Visa remains above its key moving averages, keeping the longer-term trend bullish.
