Visa Stock Surges Amid Rumors of BioCatch Deal
Visa stock has reached record highs after rumors of a potential deal to acquire BioCatch for $2.4 billion.
The company's net revenue in fiscal third quarter 2026 was $11.6 billion, up 14% year over year, with cross-border volume rising 13% and total payments volume climbing 10%. Net income margin decreased from 51.8% to 48.4%, due to a 19% increase in operating expenses.
The acquisition of BioCatch would bolster Visa's fraud defense and security services. As the company continues to process authorization, clearing, and settlement across various brands, its network scale remains a key factor in revenue growth.
