Wall Street maintained its record highs on Wednesday after investors finally saw some resolution to their concerns about global conflicts. The S&P 500 rose 0.1% while the Dow Jones Industrial Average added 473 points, or 0.9%, as of 2:12 p.m. Eastern time.

The market has been generally rising this week as companies report strong earnings and investors expect profit growth of 50%. The Walt Disney Co. rose 3.7% after beating Wall Street's profit forecasts thanks to a $1 billion box office haul from 'Toy Story 5' and theme park revenue.

However, not all stocks were winners. Elon Musk's SpaceX fell 11.9% after its first quarterly report as a public company showed it sharply boosted spending on artificial intelligence. This news weighed on Advanced Micro Devices, which fell 6.2%, as Nvidia saw a 4.4% boost due to an exclusive deal with SpaceX.

Markets in Asia rose, but uncertainty about the U.S.-Iran conflict still lingers over the market. The price of Brent crude fell 0.2% to $79.26 a barrel.
