Walmart Q2 Earnings: Revenue Beats Estimates, But Guidance Falls Short
Retail giant Walmart (NASDAQ: WMT) reported its Q2 CY2026 earnings, beating Wall Street's revenue estimates but missing on next quarter's guidance. The company saw a 5.9% year-over-year increase in sales to $187.9 billion, surpassing analyst expectations of $186.8 billion.
However, Walmart's revenue guidance for Q3 CY2026 came in 1.4% below analysts' estimates at $185.6 billion, and its non-GAAP profit of $0.81 per share was 9.3% above consensus estimates.
The company also raised its full-year adjusted EPS guidance to $2.84 at the midpoint, a 1.3% increase from previous projections.
