Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Co has taken a new position in Walmart Inc. (NASDAQ:WMT), acquiring approximately 680,366 shares valued at $77,058,000.

This is not the only recent investment in WMT; several other large investors have also purchased or sold shares of the business.

X Square Capital LLC and Emerald Investment Advisers LLC both bought new positions in Walmart during the second quarter, worth $2,450,000 and $8,128,000 respectively.
