Walt Disney World's Magic of Disney Animation Experience Soft Opens with Virtual Waitlist

The Magic of Disney Animation experience at Walt Disney World's Hollywood Studios has soft opened to guests ahead of its official September 14 opening. Among its new offerings is Olaf Draws!, a twist on the traditional Animation Academy where an Audio-Animatronic figure of Olaf teaches drawing with the help of a pre-recorded lesson from a Walt Disney Animation Studios artist.

The experience has proven popular, leading to occasional use of a virtual waitlist system. Guests visiting the Magic of Disney Animation will be directed by Cast Members to sign up for the virtual waitlist if necessary, which will then text them a return time when Olaf Draws! is ready to welcome them.

Those waiting can still enjoy other experiences within The Magic of Disney Animation, such as character greetings at Off The Page and watching the short Once Upon A Studio theater. There's also Drawn to Wonderland playground for younger kids.
