Warrington Man Sentenced for Uploading Child Pornography to Google Photos

An undocumented immigrant living in Warrington Township has been sentenced to 9-23 months in jail for uploading child pornography to Google Photos.

Oscar Garcia, also known as Juan Osorio, pleaded guilty to felony counts of possession of child pornography and criminal use of a communications device in connection with the December 2025 incident.

Garcia received credit for time served since Dec. 19, 2025, and was ordered to have no contact with the victim or minors as part of his sentence.
