Watsonx Orchestrate Boosts AI Performance with New Features
IBM has rolled out new features for its Watsonx Orchestrate platform aimed at improving AI agent performance and user experience. The platform now includes the AgentOps agent, which uses natural language to evaluate and optimize agents in real-time. The feature is currently available in preview.
The AgentOps agent builds on the foundation of watsonx Orchestrate's evaluation capabilities, including user simulation and deterministic evaluation of tool calls and parameters. It can optimize agent performance by rewriting instructions or curating a playbook of discrete rules.
Watsonx Orchestrate also introduces customWriteableElement, which allows users to personalize the embedded chat experience for each user. This feature gives developers full control over designated zones of the chat interface using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
The platform now includes predefined document schemas that enable teams to quickly define extraction workflows for common document types. These schemas can be edited to refine results against sample documents.
