Waystar Taps Tech Vet from Salesforce for Key Role

Waystar, a healthcare payments technology company, has appointed Amit Khanna as its Chief Product and Technology Officer. Khanna joins from Salesforce, where he led AI strategy, product direction, and go-to-market execution in the global healthcare business.

In his new role at Waystar, Khanna will oversee product and technology strategy, including investments in AI, automation, and platform development. He brings experience from SAP and First Data to the position.

Todd Woods, a 24-year company veteran, has been promoted to Chief Commercial Officer. He previously led growth across various operations at Waystar and will now oversee commercial strategy, client relationships, and platform adoption.
